Meet the Founder | Brenna R. Lermon
Brenna R. Lermon is a respected employment and litigation attorney with a strong track record of guiding employers through all areas of employment law. She guides her business clients in the preparation and application of employment policies and procedures and provides valued advice in assisting with complex and high-level company investigations when there are concerns of misconduct or in other areas of the employment relationship. She serves in the role of trusted advisor by helping clients with difficult employee disciplinary issues.

Brenna’s approach is grounded in experience, shaped by years in both private practice and as in-house counsel, combined with a steady, pragmatic mindset that clients trust.

Before founding her practice, Brenna served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 company, where she oversaw high-stakes disputes and became a relied-upon resource for sound judgment and practical solutions to HR and executive leadership. Prior to her in-house role, she was a partner at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., where she built a reputation as a sharp courtroom advocate and thoughtful advisor.

Brenna also served as Commissioner and Vice Chair of the City of Houston’s Civil Services Commission for over three years, where she operated in a quasi-judicial role and oversaw appeals from the City and its employees related to various employment matters.

Brenna has over a decade of experience defending employers before state and federal agencies against allegations of every form of discrimination and has an undefeated record in state and federal trials and arbitrations.
